1. Who we are
This policy explains how Xerculis (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website and in the course of providing our services. If you have questions, contact us at hello@xerculis.com.
2. What we collect
When you fill in a form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, work email, brand name, sales channel and store link. When you email us, we receive your message and contact details. Our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
3. Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, prepare the audit you asked for, provide services you have agreed to buy, send invoices and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal basis
For visitors and clients in the European Economic Area and the UK, we rely on your request or our contract with you to respond and provide services, on our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, and on consent where the law requires it, for example for non-essential cookies.
5. Cookies and analytics
If we add analytics or marketing tools, we will list them here and ask for consent where required before setting non-essential cookies.
6. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as email, hosting and accounting providers, under agreements that protect your data. When working on your accounts, we use the access you grant on the platforms you sell on.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide services and meet tax and accounting rules.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email hello@xerculis.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
